Everyone knows how important it is to protect our natural resources these days and at English Garden Joinery we are committed to caring about where we source our raw materials from and how they are produced.

This means that we always aim to use certified timber from our local timber merchants who can guarantee that timber has come from a sustainable source and that our delivery miles are kept to a minimum.

We also use eco-friendly finishes such as the Farrow & Ball paint range that combines the environmental qualities of a water-based system with the performance benefits of traditional oil-based systems.

In our workshop we have a policy of minimising waste which means that you might see a unique birdhouse for sale in our showroom because we’ve used the remains of a timber order for a new summerhouse instead of throwing it out. And you might occasionally find a bag of oak woodchips arrive with your new garden room to use on your barbeque.
