Delivery and timescales
We will always give you an estimated delivery date at both the design and joinery stages so that you know when to expect delivery and when you will need to pay for your order.
Payment and terms
We will invoice you when you place an order and ask for a deposit to secure a place in our schedule and enable us to order the timber and other materials to make your joinery. Full payment is due upon delivery.
International orders
We know that our service and garden joinery are appreciated overseas and we are able to offer delivery to most countries subject to the normal requirements for export. Please contact us if you live outside the UK and would like to know more.
