CHELSEA FLOWER SHOW 2011 GOLD MEDAL SUCCESS

English Garden Joinery supplied the joinery and furniture for Luciano Giubbilei's garden for Laurent Perrier at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2011. Luciano's work is famed for his attention to detail and the garden was rewarded with a prestigious Gold Medal from the Royal Horticultural Society.

Over a period of three weeks as the garden was built we supplied bridges and furniture to a very specific timescale so that every detail was correct when it went in.

THRIVE GARDEN RETURNS TO HEADQUARTERS

We sponsored Thrive – the national charity for horticultural therapy – at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2010. Their "Unexpected Gardener" garden, by leading garden designer Jo Thompson, featured custom made raised beds, painted timber screens and a specially designed leaning post using a new acrylic stone, all made by us to illustrate how to make gardening easier.

Jo and Thrive were rewarded with a Gold medal and Best Urban Show Garden and we are delighted to have been able to help them achieve this outstanding success.

The planters and posts are both available, custom-made to order after the Chelsea Flower Show and all profits from the sale of this range will be donated to Thrive.

BEYOND THE HIVE - LUXURY BUMBLEBEE HOTELS GET INSTALLED

We have just supplied some luxury bumblebee hotels to Fisher Tomlin that have won a 'Beyond the Hive' award launched by The City of London Corporation to celebrate the International Year of Biodiversity and voted for by the public.
